How to use Speed Changer

  1. Open a video file using the area above. You can drag and drop, or click to pick one.
  2. Configure the options for this tool (quality, dimensions, start/end points - depending on which tool).
  3. Click Process. The work happens in your browser. Larger files take longer.
  4. Download the result. The original file is never copied, uploaded or stored anywhere outside this tab.

Privacy

Like every tool on VideoGenius, Speed Changer runs entirely in your browser using standard web APIs (Canvas, MediaRecorder, Web Audio depending on the tool). Your files are never uploaded. We have no server-side video processing pipeline. We could not look at your files even if we wanted to.

Best experience in current Chrome, Edge, or Brave. Firefox supports most features. Safari support varies by version - some features require Safari 16 or newer.
